Acceptance of Conditions of Use: The services and information provided through this Dashboard are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the Dashboard, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them careful
No Warranty; Use at Your Own Risk: The Dashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The results are not official court records. The Court makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Dashboard or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of its information, content, or services. This includes disclaimers of any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Dashboard at your sole risk.
Purpose and Limitations: This Dashboard is provided as a convenience to the public and reflects court records maintained by the Court to the best of the Court's ability. The cases provided in response to a query may not include every case or document filed with the Court. The reasons for limitations on accurate search results are numerous. Examples include, but are not limited to: technical or processing errors, changes in the Ohio Revised Criminal Code; the matter may have been sealed or expunged, which the law requires to be excluded from the search results. Further, information may not be current due to processing delays.elays.

terminated
after January 1, 2025.
Responsibility to Verify Information: All users are responsible for independently verifying any information obtained from this Dashboard against the official court records maintained by the Court or the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts. Dashboard search results and any data or information therefrom are not official court records and may be outdated or subject to change or modification. Users of the dashboard are on notice that results from a search and/or data or information therefrom may not be accurate at the time obtained or may no longer be accurate at a later date due to events occurring after initial disposition of the case. The reasons for inaccurate data are numerous. Examples include, but are not limited to: the initial journal entry contained an input error, and a corrected journal entry is later issued; a conviction or sentence is reversed on appeal; a defendant is sentenced to probation but later violates probation and a different sentence is later imposed. Limitation of Liability: By using the Dashboard, you agree that neither the Court (including its elected/appointed officials, employees, and agents) nor Cuyahoga County (including its elected/appointed officials, employees, and agents) shall be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, judgments, liabilities, or actions arising directly or indirectly from:
- Use
of the Dashboard, or
- Information
or data accessed or posted, or
- Incorrect,
incomplete, or outdated data, or
- the
acts and/or omissions of any person or entity accessing, using,
posting, or publishing any information or data from this Dashboard.
Availability and Access: Periodic maintenance or outages (scheduled or unscheduled) may result in the unavailability of the Dashboard. The Court assumes no responsibility for restoring access within any specific timeframe. The Court may also deny access to any user or discontinue the Dashboard at any time, without notice.
Prohibited Activities:
- You
may not bypass the Dashboard's query parsers or directly access search
engines/documents (e.g., by constructing custom URLs). Violators will
be permanently denied access.
- The
Dashboard is for individual public use and not for bulk data collection
or mining without prior Court approval. Unauthorized bulk efforts will
be detected and stopped.
Governing Law: By using the Dashboard, you agree that the laws of the State of Ohio govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any related disputes.
